Make your reservations only when you are sure of your plans, because
guests are expected to stay and/or pay for the full number of
days that rooms are reserved. A 50% deposit on
your entire stay is required for most reservations. If a one night
reservation is accepted, full payment in advance is required and
of our small size, last minute cancellations affect us significantly.
In the event you must cancel, change dates, shorten your stay
or make any change to your confirmed reservation - your deposit
will be refunded less a $35.00 bookkeeping charge
if 21 days notice is provided. If cancellation occurs from 21
days until 72 hours before check-in, we will refund the deposit
less the $35.00 bookkeeping charge only if we
can refill your entire reservation period. As always we will make
every effort to re-rent your room and extend to you a refund or
a credit toward a future stay. Under no circumstances will any
refund be made if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival.
realize last minute cancellations are sometimes caused by illness
or personal and family related emergencies and even inclement
weather. While we understand these things can be out of a guest's
control, please understand that we cannot waive our policy for
any of these situations.
